2. Placing an Order:

Shopping with Visual Forces is easy and safe. We update our product inventory daily to keep you informed of our latest merchandise and specials. Just follow the steps below for an enjoyable online shopping experience!

  1. Browse our store using the category listing on the left side of every page throughout the site.
  2. When you see a product that you would like to purchase, click on the Add button to place that item in your shopping cart.
  3. When you have finished shopping, just click on the checkout button at the top of the screen.
  4. Here you will be asked for your Visual Forces Account information. If you are a new customer, just select “New Customer” and here you can input your shipping and billing information to make future visits even quicker! If you have an account, just type in your email address and password that you used to register.
  5. Next you will be shown what products you have selected along with a subtotal and your Billing and Shipping Information. If all is correct, select Next at the bottom of the page.
  6. Select how you would like your package shipped and add any additional comments that you may have for the order. We currently ship all merchandise via UPS and USPS. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  7. The next page allows you to review your order. If everything looks correct, click “Save”.
  8. CONGRATULATIONS! Your order has been placed and you package will be shipped ASAP. The next screen is your invoice. Print this for your records.

3. Shipping Information:

We give the option for you to choose between UPS and USPS for your shipping method. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.


4. Secure Shopping:

Visual Forces uses the latest in SSL technology to secure and encrypt all information as soon as you begin your checkout process. Your Information is sent to our secure server and can only be accessed by our Sales Representatives. For your security, we do not store Credit Card Information on our servers. For this reason, that is the only information you will be asked to enter once you have created an account to shop with us.

Secure Shopping:
We use a verified SSL (Secure Socket Layer) digital certificate provider, providing our customers the strongest certificate services available. Your credit card information is encrypted while traveling the Internet.


5. Privacy Policy:

We at Visual Forces value customer service and you can rest assured that your information will not be given or sold to any 3rd party.

For Purchases—When you purchase a product with us, we ask for the following information: name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card. This information is used to process and follow up on your order. All information we collect from you is stored in a secure database.

E-Mail Addresses— We also collect e-mail addresses voluntarily provided to us for subscriptions. We use these e-mails to notify customers about updates and special features on our website.


6. Payment Methods:

Visual Forces gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal.


7. Return & Refund Policy:

Refunds and exchanges are available 30 days within the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the product, return it to us within 30 days and we will gladly exchange the product for another item or provide a refund. If an item arrives to you damaged, we will arrange for the item to be picked up and will then deliver a replacement free of charge.
